I hate being this tired and unable to sleep.

Why the hell can't I sleep! What the hell! I have to go to work tomorrow! ARRRRG!

What did I do today? Worked, was extremely insulted and angered by a publc employee then escorted out of the building by a police officer who was on my side, slept, then went to Kung Fu Film Friday. 'The Royal Tramp.' To quote Ben:

"Ah Steven Chow... what won't that man do for money?"

We went with Kara and some of her drama friends, it was great because she gave us free tickets, so it was free, and free things mean they're better.

Today (Friday, yesterday I suppose), was disgusting. If you liv in the Greater Toronto Area, you have some sympathy for me. 115 degrees with the humidity index!?! What happened to the whole 'spring' thing. You know, that nice bit of early frost and warm evenings? Take today, a construction crew outside the store so we had to shut the windows, and then turn the ovens on all day at near 300 degree heat. Yeah. I may or may not have lost about 10 pounds of water. I need to get one of those camalpak or camelback things. Those backpack water bottles with the tube that goes straight into your mouth, that might Keep me from dehydrating. After I got off work today (on time for once, thank god Steph was coming in to take over for a bit. She's always on time, of course she also lives insanely close too), all I could do was sit down and drink water for a bit. I couldn't even leave I was so not in happy shape. Happy shape? Does that even work? Sounds like I'm cutting out Jello or something.

And Sunday is coming. Oh shit is it ever. And you know what? There's a street festival. Yep, Bloor, one of the busiest streets in a North American Metropolis is going to be closed to all but pedestrian traffic. And there will be lots of it too, since you know, it'll be a festival and all. With face painting. Ben's talking about getting a rainbow on his cheek. Shit it's going to be so busy.

Oh well. the jerk offs in the parking lot outside seem to have to decided that constant yelling is no longer their 'thing', so maybe now I can crash.

The dull roar of idiots outside at 2:39 in the morning.
